Way to stop dreaming
Yes certainly, there are ways of getting rid of dreams. I once have gone through scary dreams. I used to have scary dreams and used to be awaken few times a night and this episode continued for many years. Now, after following some patterns of attitude, I got rid of that scary saga.
I hope if you follow these methodology, you can get rid of that as well.
- Before going to bed, try to listen to the soothing music, and listen to the religious songs if you can get them. In some religion, you can get plenty of religious songs.
- Pray to God at least once before going to bed. If you can pray 2/3 times a day if you can.
- Have a positive outlook, like, for example, you are walking in rain, and if you can not avoid that, you can think “what a fun walking in rain! What an experience! Thank God for this lovely time!”.
- Do not take your problems to your bed room. Write down on a note book what you want to achieve and how you want to acheive that. Make a plan, write down the possible solutions.
- If you know meditation, please, do meditaion for 10/15 minutes just before going to bed and if you do not know it, you can learn it from a book or in internet.
- Limit your coffee and tea intake upto 2/3 cups a day, and avoid alcohol.
Do light exercises regularly. Exercise create ‘feel-happy’ chemical in our brain. - When you lie down on bed, close your eyes, visualize yourself being in a park full of beautiful colourful flowers, and green scenary, take deep long breath. If you believe in God, pray to God
- You can overcome the problem of having scary dreaming by doing many things. You may have to do many things. If the improvement is not seen, you will have to go to see a psychiatrist who will be referred to by your GP or doctor.
But it is very beneficial to have the advice of psychiatrist and do all those things as said above simultaneously.
