Healthy Body is important

Health is the important things in our life. Referring to the definition from WHO, Health is “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. Health is “a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living.

Everybody in the world always want to be in the health condition. Without a healthy body, you cannot do any activity, you cannot go to work and you cannot earn money.

Whoever you are, a good health enable you to perform the daily functions of life. Good health also enable you to enjoy your life.

Healthy Body is also depends on what we do, what we eat. Because it will  affects to your health. some people also are not physically strong enough to care for themselves. In fact, maintaining physical strength can help you stay strong and independent into old age. To make our body is health, we need to do exercise too.

You can see that people who are getting a good amount of exercise look better, and in fact they are frequently significantly healthier than their peers.

If we talk about health, it is not mean for physical only, but it is for mental too. Overall health is achieved through a combination of physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
