Kachelmann process: Is there only losers?

When reading the comments and reports on the outcome of the tile man process, I have the impression that all participants do after the inglorious end of the process now everything we can to preserve at the expense of the other, at least her face: The Trial Chamber complains about the press and the irreverent defenders, the acquitted defendant goes via Twitter to attack parts of the tabloid press about who blasphemes the Verteidgungsstrategie defender of his predecessor and the alleged bias of the court and Alice Schwarzer proposes to continue with displacement of any doubt on the side of the victim.

My opinion, but all parties have their share of great, that the whole process into a spectacle and sensationalism from the media is not turned into a lesson in criminal intelligence. In particular, the process management of the criminal division in the distance was not considered a crowning achievement and should only have provoked much controversy. The now "Nachkarten" the Trial Chamber against the (naturally) and defender uncomfortable comments on the verdict against the accused may be present but, in my view impossible. An acquittal means that the court considers the accused is innocent and stands by this decision. This alone can win a decision accepted by the public. A "Gee Hott and" wakes up, however doubts about the sincerity and the motives of the court.

It is for the public and the investigating authorities certainly regrettable that the actual Tatablauf could not be investigated and the perpetrators (or perpetrator) with impunity. I do not think that has suffered in this way the whole legal system damage, rape victims are held in the future of criminal charges. This seems to me the process given the fame of the accused and the sensationalism of the love life but too specific.

So is there at least one positive outcome of the procedure? Perhaps this: For all the criticism of the German judiciary shows itself but that they punished lightly, at least in principle, and no man on mere suspicion.
